Home page

Welcome to AppFaktors. This central hub allows you to manage and overview your enterprise architecture and business applications. The AppFaktors Home page appears upon login. You can also select Home from the left menu to invoke the Home page. The options appearing on the Home page change depending on your role.

Main sections

  1. Navigation Menu (Left sidebar): Access key areas of AppFaktors, including Home, My Work, Reports, Portfolio Objects, and various management tools. You can also toggle Full Screen Mode for distraction-free viewing.

  2. Top Bar

  • Context help: Click question mark to see the help for this page.
  • User Menu: Access your account settings and log out.
  1. Main Content Area

  • My Boards/My Team Boards: View and manage your and your team's latest business applications and architecture projects.

  • Sorting and Filtering: Use the Architecture, Deployment, Business Application, Portfolio, and Assessments tabs to select different areas of product functionality.

    Note: Depending on your roles, you may see some or all of these tabs.

  • Search: Quickly find specific items across your boards.

  1. Create Button Start a new Architecture, Deployment, Business Application, Portfolio, or Assessment.

  2. Board Cards Each card represents a business application or project. They display:

  • Name
  • Type (e.g., Business Application)
  • Status (e.g., Draft, In Implementation)
  • Last Modified Date

  1. Quick Links Quick access to frequently used sections like reports.

  2. Charts and graphs View charts and graphs related to the chosen artifact type.
