Platform page

To access the Platform page, click Platform in the left pane.

The Platform page in AppFaktors provides access to core functionalities and tools that support the overall management and configuration of your IT architecture and processes.

Meta Model Database

Use the Meta Model Database feature to view and configure the architectural metadata, allowing you to manage the underlying data structure of your IT architecture. Ensure changes here align with your overall IT governance strategy.

Service Process Designer

Use the Service Process Designer feature to create and publish service processes, enabling you to design and implement standardized service workflows.

Integrations

Use the Integrations feature to view and configure the Integrations platform and manage connections between AppFaktors and other systems.

Events

Use the Events feature for events management to handle and configure system events and notifications.

Schedule Scripts

Use the Schedule Scripts feature to view and configure scheduler scripts and set up and manage automated tasks and processes.

Task Validation Rules

Use the Task Validation Rules feature to view and configure task validation rules for validating tasks within processes.

Ai Service

Use the AI Service feature to configure and manage AI-related settings that drive intelligent features and recommendations within the application defining prompts and configurations for AI-powered operations.
